Prashasta Events has been planning and executing events across Hyderabad since 2017. In that time we have delivered more than 1,500+ weddings, engagements, half saree functions, baby showers, birthdays and corporate events — from 60-guest home ceremonies in Vanasthalipuram to 1,000-guest luxury weddings at convention centres in Gachibowli.
What makes us different is that almost nothing is outsourced. Décor, catering, lighting and sound, photography and videography, mehendi artists and make-up, guest management and invitations all sit inside one team. You get one coordinator, one timeline and one bill — not five vendors pointing at each other when something runs late. It is the same discipline whether we are running an intimate ceremony or a full-scale luxury wedding.
What we specialise in. Three kinds of work make up most of what we do. Luxury weddings — premium floral design, custom stages and mandaps, and finish that holds up in every photograph. Destination celebrations — we have taken families to Goa, Udaipur, Kerala and Rajasthan, handling venue scouting, local vendor coordination and on-ground management so nothing is left to chance far from home. And corporate functions — conferences, product launches and offsites where audio-visual, hospitality and logistics have to run to the minute.
Every quote we send is itemised, line by line. Generator hire, extra manpower, venue overtime, drone permissions and flower wastage are written into the quotation before you sign, not added to it afterwards. That single habit is why most of our work now comes from families who were referred by families we have already worked with.
We plan events across Hyderabad and Secunderabad, and travel regularly to Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada. Wedding décor starts at ₹1.5 Lakhs for intimate functions, and we will tell you honestly on the first call whether your budget matches what you have in mind.

Yes! Prashasta has planned destination weddings in Goa, Udaipur, Kerala, and Rajasthan. We manage everything remotely — venue scouting, local vendor coordination, travel and accommodation tie-ups for guests, on-ground event management, and post-event wrap-up. Does Prashasta provide décor for events other than weddings?
Absolutely. While weddings are our speciality, we regularly plan and decorate corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, half-saree & dhoti functions, cradle ceremonies, anniversary celebrations, product launches, and festive gatherings. Every event — big or small — gets the same creative attention and professional execution we bring to weddings.

How much does a wedding planner cost in Hyderabad?
Full wedding planning with décor in Hyderabad typically runs ₹1.5 Lakhs to ₹6 Lakhs for 100–300 guests, ₹2.5 Lakhs to ₹8 Lakhs for 300–600 guests, and ₹8 Lakhs upwards for 600+ guest weddings. Day-of coordination alone costs considerably less. The largest variables are guest count, floral volume and stage design. We send an itemised quote within 24 hours of your first call.

How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, 3–6 months ahead gives you the best venue and vendor availability. Destination weddings need 6–8 months. Corporate events are usually 1–3 months, and birthdays or baby showers can be arranged in 2–4 weeks. If your date is closer than that, call us anyway — we hold capacity for short-notice work.
Do you handle catering yourselves or sub-contract it?
Catering is in-house. We manage the menu, the kitchen team and the service staff ourselves, starting at ₹350 per plate for vegetarian and ₹450 for non-vegetarian, with live counters and premium menus available. Menu tasting is arranged before you confirm.
